Insurance Funding:

Robinson Behavior Analytic Services is an out-of-network provider.  Many of the families I work with have partial or full reimbursement through their out-of-network insurance benefits.​ Families are often surprised to find out how affordable services can be once reimbursement is in place.

DOE Funding ​

Robinson Behavior Analytic Services LLC accepts direct payment through the Department of Education (DOE) funding arrangements, including services authorized through:

• Pendency (“stay put”) services

• Compensatory education services

• Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs)

• Related service authorizations and settlement agreements

 

Services may be provided pursuant to impartial hearing orders, mediation agreements, settlement agreements, or DOE-issued authorizations. I work collaboratively with families, educational advocates, and attorneys to help facilitate the service initiation process and required documentation.
